Unfortunately production was very limited. After reaching an agreement with Rolox to manufacture the concept as a true production knife the brilliant young Texas custom knifemaker Allen Elishewitz was asked to redesign the original classic. The result was a production knife that has the smoothest Rolox action ever with an entirely new look and a price that put it in any pocket or purse. Allen improved the blade shape handle design and added a custom stainless steel clip. To show how this sliding “folder” works the polycarbonate scales with an engine turned pattern are translucent.
