Microtech have been at the forefront of automatic knife production since the early 90s. This wonderfully designed knife shows as much with its smooth action, sharp satin blade, beautiful carbon fiber inlays, and lightweight aluminum handle. The Daytona is the perfect example of an OTF knife done right.

The knife is a great knife as expected by Microtech. There is not much else to say. A solid knife that works perfectly out of the box. The contrast between the silver bubble inlay and the black blade and handle works quite well. I would have preferred a glossier black finish like the red handled versions.
