nice review!
mhhh, what a nice edc knife. want an delica wave but this one is so nice, especially with this kind of lock system. do you think it is better than a backlock?
By Elektronik, October 20, 2009 @ 11:48 am
it is better then a backlock
ARC locks are known for their strenght
I can highly recomend this knife

Is there a real difference between the arc lock and the Benchmade axis lock?
By GearBuyersGuide, October 28, 2009 @ 4:10 pm
they opperate almost exactly the same, but they seem to be built a bit differntly
It’s a debate we are having right now too.. we’ll prob try a video to show them side by side

yeah the axis lock can compare to a back lock. i dont have any back lock knives, but i think they give you almost fixed blade strength. and the axis lock gets you very close, maybe the closest you will get with a folding. (this is my option)

does visionary1 has “bladeplay” ?
By GearBuyersGuide, December 2, 2009 @ 10:28 am
like wiggle? nope, it’s very solid IMO

I like the VG 10 steel choice but there is no assisted opening. Which would you prefer for EDC / tactical folder; Visionary II, Aegis, or the trident ?
By GearBuyersGuide, December 5, 2009 @ 5:51 pm
I don’t know all of those, but I like the Visionary I for sure

I got the Visionary II because I wanted something just a bit larger. So far I love it, very fast to open and close, came hair shaving sharp, the zytel handle is quite grippy; lockup is tight and the jimping is fantastic. Only criticism I would give it is the clip simply will not accept a thicker pocket material without considerable work.
