Second the $700 knives You're talking about are the new Scarabs, whitch are way overpriced. I bought mine for less then half that price a few years back. Last thing - these are mainly collectibles for me, I use one or two of them but mainly I use knives that I made myself. I almost bought a cheappie but a friend of mine told me I was better off sticking with microtech. Just do you research and when you buy it make sure you know how to take care of it or ask.
