Benchmade Knives
These are my Benchmade folding knives, I love the Benchmade Autos. Also forgot to mention I have my Griptillan with lsutigers1010, he’s putting a nice edge on it for me. If you have any questions just let the Blaze know.

Gotta love benchmade! I like most their knives, although IME (experience), some of their red line knives tend to be a little less than robust.

I don’t own any red box benchmade knives, but use Spyderco for example The Tenacious is only $30 and I think for the money it’s a well built knife. So my question is do they compare to the Tenacious in stability and toughness.

I think some do and others dont.
The Pika II for instance, in the back spine of the handle there is a plastic molded pin, that when I droped it accidentally from waist height, it broke and the lockback spring came shooting out. I had to return it.
So, in short, I think some do and some dont, depends on the model.
And the example of the Tenacious is a very good example of how an affordable knife can be robust.

I do have one and at the time of this video it was getting sharpened. Good eye, but I do have one. Your right every one that owns Benchmade should have a Grip. I had 3 at one time. Gave one to my Brother and gave one away to one of my subscribers. Thanks for watching.

Knives are tools meant to be used, especially benchmade knives. I could understand collecting them if they weren’t sometimes over the $100, but a knife like that better be great and I would want a hell of alot of use out of it.
