I love Mike’s designs, was planning on ordering a folder but he’s stopped taking orders. I understand why he did it but it’s a real shame.

@An0nEeMouse…maybe his collaborations with Benchmade is the way to go until you can get one of his custom knives…

Hey bud have not talked to you in a while how do you like your HK 45 overall?
By mundor21, February 5, 2010 @ 4:49 am
I like the gun better… LOL O_o
By rooftopeagle, February 5, 2010 @ 4:51 am
Nice knife J.T. to bad they used such a low quality steel. I guess it keeps the cost down but I would have preferred AUS8 or VG-10. But then when a benchmade knife retails for $90 bones one shouldn’t complain….
By oconano, February 5, 2010 @ 8:52 am
Even with the 440c stainless steel metal used, I still love the design.
By HELLZZARMY, February 5, 2010 @ 10:35 am
Yeah I never had a problem with 440c…if you move up to VG-10. S30V. D2, etc…then of course the price would go up to too.
Hey convicts get by with steel shanks from boots, sheet metal, plastic, and paper right…lol!
By 75SilentWarrior, February 5, 2010 @ 11:22 am
@rooftopeagle AUS 8 and 440C are very similar in hardness and edge retention. They are also almost the same in make-up.
By 75SilentWarrior, February 5, 2010 @ 11:22 am
Looks like a BM Skirmish.
By ArtPC1, February 5, 2010 @ 5:17 pm
Alright knife, but your reviews are the best…
By HELLZZARMY, February 5, 2010 @ 9:58 pm
thanks Man…
By HELLZZARMY, February 5, 2010 @ 9:59 pm
yeah the (3) hole pattern…huh.
By sungwei9, February 6, 2010 @ 10:15 am
What’s that HK bag in the background? Is that
for the pistol or is it a knife case? I like it, pretty
cool. The blade is sweet.
By HELLZZARMY, February 6, 2010 @ 10:39 am
Yeah HK makes great bags too!
This is a gun bag fits say the HK USP 45 CT seen in this video, (2) spare mags, and manuals or a notebook.

I understand the steel comments, but you have a point Hellz! I met a lady who’s son was killed with a $2 kitchen knife, precisely because it was so cheap and flexable it went between the ribs and straight into the aorta.
